* Total Dollar Volume: $294.1M (an increase from November 2022’s total of $204.9M)

It’s important to note that November traditionally ushers in a seasonal slowdown in real estate activity as winter approaches. However, while there was a marked decrease in properties sold and new listings, November 2023 surprisingly saw an increase in the average sale price, showcasing resilience in certain market segments. The total dollar volume also notably increased from November 2022, underlining sustained economic activity despite the expected seasonal dip. Understanding these seasonal fluctuations is crucial for both buyers and sellers, providing insights into market dynamics and potential opportunities during these shifts.
